Common questions
Do you set up a Korean company or handle customs?
No. KC certification, import customs and setting up a Korean entity are outside our work. We refer you to partners and tell you before you sign.
Whose name are the accounts in?
Yours. The Naver blog, Naver Place and KakaoTalk channel are registered in your name, and you keep them if you leave.
Do you guarantee Naver rankings or sales?
No. We don't guarantee rankings or sales, and we don't buy or rent blog accounts or manipulate search suggestions. Each month you see what we did and what changed.
Do you sell on Coupang for us?
No. Opening or running a Coupang store is not part of the package. We plan the keywords and the landing page around where you sell: Coupang, your own store or an importer.
Which languages are the reports in?
English, German, French or Chinese. Korean copy is written by native speakers.
How long is the contract?
Setup takes 4 weeks. Monthly work runs for at least 3 months; after that you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
